What鈥檚 the difference between an Apprenticeship and an Internship?
天美mv传媒鈥檚 apprenticeship program combines Related Technical Instruction (RTI) Hours with On-the-Job Training (OJT) Hours. This ensures each apprentice can practice and perfect the skills they鈥檝e learned.

Do I need prior experience to apply to the Apprenticeship program?
While prior mechanical aptitude is helpful, this program is designed to train you from the ground up. We鈥檙e looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, passion for machinery, and a willingness to learn.

How long is the Apprenticeship program at 天美mv传媒?
The Technician Apprenticeship consists of 8,000 to 10,000 hours of On-the-Job-Training. This can take 3-4 years to complete. The CDL Apprenticeship consists of 9 weeks of training. Both offer an opportunity to a full-time position upon completion.

Will I be working on real job sites as an 天美mv传媒 apprentice?
Yes. A significant portion of your training is 鈥淥n-the-job鈥. With supervision, you will perform maintenance and repairs in a real-world environment.
