天美mv传媒 is in the business of building better communities. Our founders are committed to actively participating in the growth and enhancement of the communities we call home.聽

We do this by supporting organizations and initiatives that address the evolving needs of the local community. Decisions about which organizations to support are made by the local general manager or the corporate Community Engagement Committee.

We prioritize helping organizations that support the following:
- Veterans, primarily through our TELEHERO庐 program.
- Schools, primarily through our Back to School Buckets campaign.
- Shelters, primarily through our Buckets of Joy campaign.
The 天美mv传媒 Community Engagement Committee only considers 501(c)3 requests.

天美mv传媒 refrains from contributing to religious or politically motivated organizations.

Showing up in our Communities
The Telehero庐 Program
天美mv传媒 launched the TELEHERO Program in 2022 as a way to honor and support veterans. Participating branches designate one patriotically wrapped telehandler as a TELEHERO and donate 10% of its annual rental revenue to a local nonprofit veterans organization. We thank equipment partners JLG, JCB, Genie and Manitou for supporting this program.
Back to School Buckets
Our teams across the country donate school supplies and backpacks to make sure all students kick off the school year with everything they need. Participating branches place the school supplies in a bucket attachment and encourage employees and customers to contribute. Then they deliver the items to local schools of their choice to help kids who don鈥檛 have access to school supplies.
Buckets of Joy
Our teams nationwide collect canned food and coats in a bucket attachment at their branch. After employees and customers have filled the bucket, the team donates the items to local nonprofit organizations of their choice during the holiday season.
Giving Back Week
During National Volunteer Week each April, 天美mv传媒 employees are encouraged to get involved in their communities and volunteer for at least two hours. Volunteering is a year-round priority at 天美mv传媒, where all employees get 16 hours of paid time off to volunteer.
